I miss the person, who used to tell me I’m beautiful

I miss the person, who tells me he loves me when I’m doubtful

I miss the person who came into my life and surprised me

I miss the person who used to make me happy

What happened? Did I do something wrong?

What caused the weakening of the love that used to be so strong?

Did you even love me from the start?

Or you just came to play with my heart?

To infinity and beyond, remember?

You were even the one who said this love will last forever

But as I can see this love is about to break

Causing me pain and my heart to ache

All I’m asking for is to be loved and to feel important

Even if I’m a mess and all your wishes I cannot grant

Because I promise you that I’ll always love you day by day

And to let you know that I’m always here to stay

I miss how things with us are used to be

Can’t we just go back and be happy?

I miss the person who let me fall

But is the one who hurt me after all

Her side of the story

That girl who walks in the aisle

That girl who has a broken smile

That girl you’ve hurt and mocked

Is the girl who never talked.

All you did was judge her

Without even knowing her side

Now all your hatred she must conquer

With all the pain she’s trying to hide

You notice her for her mistakes

But never for the things she did right

Yet she never uttered a word

Or made a scandalous fight

She remained silent

Even though she was broken

She never wanted to be violent

Even if her confidence was taken

Now a question I will ask

Are you happy with your task?

Indeed she might hurt some of you

But was it something she intended to do?

All she does is frown

She’s grown too weak

Could you stop putting her down?

Could you hear her speak?

Listen to her words before you judge her

Understand her instead of hate

Don’t let her believe that it’s over

No one left to listen and wait

Put yourself in her place

And maybe then you’ll understand

In life, you can never escape the stage of hurting. It is usually caused by over thinking,  insecurities, misunderstandings, depressions and many more. Especially if you're in a relationship. Once you've taken the vow to love your partner, you got this responsibility that you must accomplish. But sometimes, we fail to accomplish these tasks hence the result of broken relationships. But to all the couples out there, you're not gonna promise to each other that you will not disappoint one another because at some point you will. What's important is that you love each other and you won't go away, you won't escape, you won't leave one another just because you we're disappointed.
